Kari, Yes, exactly. The 10:40 timeline was the Bottom Line on this case and the criminal trial jurors knew it.

You cannot have the murders still going on at Bundy and the killer dropping a glove miles away at Rockingham at the same time.

Kato changing the time in the civil trial should have been a Big Red Flag to those jurors but instead it was what they chose to hang their hat on. They wanted to be Santa Monica Heroes.

And when you sit down with people who did not watch the trial and tell them those 3 facts (time of murders, time of noise, and Parks on Rockingham) they are shocked because they never knew that!! They didn't watch the trial and depended on their news from Dan Rather and Company.

I have found open-minded people who think OJ bought the knife at Ross Cutlery and that was the weapon, that there were bloody clothes found (due to a news blimp about sweats in the washer) and more.

These are not unintelligent people. They are just people who did not follow the facts of the case except for little news blimps off the major media.

Think about it. The only places you saw discussions of the facts and evidence was on cable...and that slanted as per Geraldo, King, and Groden.

I found someone the other day who didn't know a Caucausian hair was found mixed in the blood on the outside of the Rockingham glove. They were stunned.

But bottomline is that more people (with any kind of open mind and logic that is) who sees those three facts and knows that OJ was seen cleaned and dressed and ready to go at his house shortly before 11--have a totally different view of the case than they had before. charlie
