This timing should have gotten a "Bot Liable" verdict in the civil trial. Dead center. Even with Kato's time change, there wasn't time for O.J. Simpson to be liable. A thinking judge would have directed a verdict of Not Liable and called it a day. I know better minds than mine have said the finding is legitimate, however, when time isn't availible, you have to find Not Liable.
