Actially for and by the defense. Remember that obnocious Rocky Harman. Well Kerry Mullins had been up before him before. Rocky had tried to destroy his credibility by bringing up his drug use, which Kerry freely admits. Now Kerry really hated Rocky, probably cause Rocky is so much dumber than Kerry, but pretends to be smarter.So Kerry knew that Rocky was going to ask him if Kerry believed that the drug use had fogged his mind or something like that. So Kerry was going to turn around and, he freely admits a lie, ask Rocky if being in that hotel room with those 2 teen age boys had affected his, knowing that once the bell was rung couldn't unring it. The defense was afraid it would cause a mistrial. Kerry is a brilient ecentric and lives life to the hilt and doen't care one wit what people think about him. You might say he lives on the edge.
