It doesn't even take any expertise to fake. Say you want to kill your wife who has a lover. You can get a used condom, arrange for him to cut himself and tranfer the blood to the scean, hair, etc. And since the OJ case, they will be smart enough not to put it in a purple top tube. How many tests would it take to difrenciate between my twins? That case in Texas was a hair. So far it has not excluded the guy according to tests, but more tests to come. Sounds simiar. Couldn't figure out till I read this. Sounds like they really don't want this new test known, I had not read a word about it.
