Jasper,

It is more than Bizarre that Roberts was hidden in the criminal trial and barred from the cival trial. There has to be a pretty serious reason why that is. I agree.

Also, you are correct about chain of evidence. That is the kicker. People who "scream" that the blood was OJ's forget that the chain of command on the blood and the bindles themselves is "iffy" in this case.

When bindles that are without the initials and the date that Mazzola put on them and have wet stains on them are very suspicious.

I have stated about a thousand times that the blood on the ground didn't even have to be blood--it didn't have to be OJ's blood (it could have been chicken blood, victim's blood, ketchup or taco sauce or the combo of corn syrup, sugar and red food dye that I saw on tv recently as what they use for movies. All of which would give a presumptive protein reading. The ONLY place that had to be OJ"s blood was in those bindles sent for DNA testing.

Diane told me something recently that I didn't know. I didn't know that Vannatter and Lange hand-carried on the plane the bindles to the lab. THAT blew my mind away.

Yes, you are correct. The more accurate these tests become the more deadly they are in the wrong hands.

I was just making the statement that they should do a test to check for a match--14 markers and if it matches do another test with more markers---since in England they have actually had a case where the guy was completely cleared when that was done.

But ANY techology like this--in the wrong hands ---or in the hands of people with agendas or framing on the mind---is extremely troubling. charlie
