Jasper,

You attribute at least one incorrect conclusion to me - namely that I dismiss Fuhrman as a possible suspect. I have never said, implied or claimed that to be the case. I am quite prepared to believe that Fuhrman was involved in this murder right up to top of his head. I just don't believe HE by himself for his own purposes pulled this off. If he was involved, it was part of a much greater "conspiracy" the purpose of which was far more sinister and effective than anything Fuhrman might have free lanced for himself.

I dismiss Fuhrman as the lone nut killer just like I dismiss the idea that Oswald decided on his own simply to knock off JFK for no apparent reason, and engaged in a whole series of activities that were practically done for the purpose of incrimianting himself.

As for the phone calls, they make even less sense if the Browns had a cell phone in the car. Had they in fact discovered the loss of the glasses just before or soon after leaving the restaurant, what would they most likey have done if they had a cell phone. First, if before they left, someoe might have at least run inside to see if the glasses had been left at the table. If soon after and they had a cell phone, the most natural thing for them to have done is that immediatley on learning of the loss of the glasses, she would have called Nicole and asked her to contact restaurant to see about the glasses. In no way would she then have waited over an hour to call. So the call about the glasses should then have been made far earlier than 9:37 when she allegedly called only after arriving home.

Calling Nicole made a lot more sense than trying to contact restaurant, especially when they could not possibly have had the restaurant's phone number. They would, instead have had to call information even to start the call sequence.

The reason the call times and call sequences don't make sense is that they never happened as described. The lost glasses were simply a ploy to account for Ron's presence at Bundy. The calls that were made were almost certainly unrelated to the glasses except to substantiate the ploy (some of which was almsot certainly done retrospectively).

Treating these ploys as genuine articles is bound to mislead those who do it. That's the whole point of using ploys to throw off the curious as well as the unenlightened. Numerous such ploys were used in the JFK assassination, first to incriminate Oswald, and then to make the murder of Oswald appear to be the coincidental and almost deranged act of another lone nut.

Your're through the looking glass when you see the stuff that is presented to you in these cases. It's much too complicated for Fuhrman to have pulled off. Just like the JFK hit was far too complicated for the mob to have pulled off by itself.

It's not the crime itself that points to the real point and purpose of the murders. Its the cover up that is used to mislead people about the truth that gives away the game for anyone willing to examine things with sufficient care.
