If you ask a question in meditation or just ask it to yourself, the answer usually comes in some way. Our problem is we are not very good listners. It may be in a book, a casual remark or a tiny in your head, that we tend to discount because it's probably coincidence, imagination, or that's crazy. The only difference in a psychic is that they listen and don't discount the answer as often as other people. Now the exact time the retrograde is over is July the 17 at 13:21 Grenwich time or 1:21PM Grenwich time. Now Genwich time is 5 hours different form EST or 4 hours different for EDT. So you subtract (I always get confused if you add or subtract) which 13:21-4:00=9:21AM EDT or 8:21Am CDT, and so forth.If I said the 18, I think I was wrong. Anyhow there is a bit of lingering effect. Your mail might have gotten lost in Mercury retrograde and you are still trying to find afterward. But if you don't mail it till over it probably won't get lost. Any other questions, ask. I have this big book that gives Greenwich times for everything. Full moons etc. i just for the life of me have trouble when to add and when to subtract.
