I think you are talking about Joe Madison. He calls himself the Black Eagle. The radio call letters are Wol(1450)am. I am not sure what time he is on but I can find out if you need the time. I live in Maryland only ten minutes from Washington D.C. They had one broadcasting studio about ten minutes from us. I am not sure if they are still there. That is where I heard Dr. Johnson's interview. Donald Freed the author was also a frequent quest before the criminal verdict.
