John, I have seen Bodziak's diagram on Dick's site and he too was deceptive about the front of the condo.
And you perfectly illustrate my point. In the beginning the front door was the door that goes into the living room..near the top of the steps. Every single diagram had it that way.
Later in the trial it changed to the wooden front door located where the indention is on the porch on Fuhrman's and Bodziac's diagram.
Which was it? The glassed front door (which I assert to you--Dick Wagner or not--IS a front door. I just saw the video again of the door handle and the door just yesterday) or the wooden front door? (about 30 feet back)
Watching the video of Dr. Lee today I got to see a print that was on the 3rd tile from the top of the steps towards the back (before those we so commonly see). I know now why we don't see much of them. It is a heel print just like the one on the tile below near the hat and glove. Just the heel dead center of the tile. No other blood to indicate a shoe print is there, yet just a few feet on we have a full print.
Also Dr. Lee sees this photo of the walkway for the first time (was not shown it) and he points out the second set of prints to the right of the more bloody ones. Goldberg about had a stroke. He was trying to discredit him and lo and behold up comes Lee with a parallel set of imprints going up the walkway. They were very faint but they were there. Even to the naked eye via tv (not magnifying glass) they could be seen.
And as I pointed out earlier the first print is dead center of the bloody pool on the second step. No accident that. A deliberate print.
I will be getting some fast film and try with my adjustable 35 mm camera to get photos of all these things I mention (including the door handle). I don't promise anything wonderful as I am not an expert but I will give it a try. Then I will get them to someone who can scan them and post them. I don't have that ability with webtv either.
Taking photos from the tv is ify at best but I will give it a shot.
