I hate to belabor the point but I have looked at a lot of videos looking for the police video of the condo on the 17th.
Early in the trial--most of the trial--the DA's put up cartoon like diagrams that didn't even remotely appear as the condo and pathway truly was. In contrast, the defense put up diagrams which were like a builder's drawing of the condo and layout.
In some cases, the diagrams were in such error and the proper size and location of things is grossly distorted. The one I told you about that was so bizarre has an open door at the top of the steps and no other door further back. The entire condo is shown on notebook sized paper (all the way back to the driveway) and the picture itself is not small on the paper.
EVERY single DA diagram has the open door at the top of the steps with the prints beside it.
Bodizak's, Fung's, all of them are in error. Deliberately so.
The question is WHY?
