One thing Shapiro did wrong was ask for Preliminary Hearing because without it no trial O.J. Simpson would have been freed. Doesn't anyone else notice that O.J. Simpson had all night to leave the Country and he didn't? If he was going to kill two people he wouldn't have stuck around Chicago. He'd have been long gone.
