I ordered direct from Christopher Springer (pen name) in Norway. Took a long time, cost $45 to cover costs, even tho basic price was $14 or so. What you should know about the book (at least) is that it's the longest rant I've ever read, and though I'm only at page 300 (of 750 or so), the hard info is building rather slowly. A very tough read, only for serious students of the case, IMHO.
