Bushey said in testimony, crim trial, that he ordered to detectives to make notification to O.J. on June 13, because Nicole and O.J. *still* had shared custody of the children. Odd comment from the Commander about someone's private matters. Who fed him that info? Fuhrman? And the *still*? Did Commander Bushey (and Fuhrman) have personal knowledge about impending changes in the Simpson household?
I have only read a few excerts from Nicole's "diary", but it seems to be more like notes of what a bad father O.J. was than about spousal abuse. Who would keep their diary in a safety deposit box? Could Nicole have been planning and plotting to try and get full custody of the children?
