You have a point here.
Also in the same month, 4 guys are shot by a "disgruntled" employee at the lab and then later 5 workers from the lab driving to work together are all killed when a car comes off the top highway and lands on top of their car. So 9 deaths at the lab in the same month. (June or July of 95)
Then there is the reporter killed with others when his van is pushed from behind at an intersection into traffic.
But regardless of this happening--which very well could have stopped the defense cold--it does show that the proof was there---they just didn't use it. charlie
