I don't recall exactly when it was but it had to be during the time (or a time) when they were discussing who was where and when. Perhaps around the time of the Chn 4 video dispute that showed she was in the crime scene at Rockingham at 10:30 AM before the search warrant. Maybe others can tell you better.
Jasper is correct--as I am--she told in court that she did NOT meet with Fuhrman, etc. Cochran asked Judge Ito to put her on the stand under oath and he refused. However, all the while she is denying it, one tv station (which may have been CNN but not sure--I only watched CNN and E! because that is all I had a the time so it had to be one of those two) played the video taken from the helicoper and the ground of her meeting with MF, walking up to the patio (by front door of Rockingham) and then when the helicopter got overhead they moved inside because they couldn't hear and they were being filmed.
She flat denied that any of that happened.
However, don't think that the press had a field day with her over it--because they didn't. Short of showing the video of what she was denying, very little if anything was ever said.
She and Hodgeman (I think it was him) also got caught on the First Mrs. Simpson's first yard when she and her husband were tricked (she was told her husband had either hurt himself or had a heart attack or something like that) to get her out of the house to serve her a supeoena. She (and any others from the DA's office) are specifically barred from being there --esp on the property and participating.
There is much to say that she and Darden had plenty of reasons to say early on that they would never be in court dealing with a case again in their lives. I think that was part of a deal worked out. As you know, both have basically left the courtroom arena.
They put it out that they were "disheartened" by the trial, etc. but I think it was official wrongdoing that got them there. I don't know how Hodgeman is still around.
