Yes, I know. All that was sealed up.
I suspect that Shapiro wasn't doing his job.
Or that the records showed some calls neither wanted known.
Either way, though, for the DA's to go forward knowing that she was still alive at that time and publicly declaring differently is misconduct.
I also suspect that some slight of hand could have been done as well.
This is so vitally important that I just can't believe it lays out there unexplored.
