Kari, like you I have read and heard about the Tuesday visit (where they washed down the walkway, pathway and gates).
Some was in the depo and some elswhere. But whereever it was, it was obvious that the Browns decended like locusts onto Nic's condo.
They were there bright and early on Tuesday morning. From what I read, they weren't just there to get things for Sydney and Justin but to help themselves to her stuff--clothing, art, etc.
I don't know if they thought some court would step in and put a stop to it and they were getting ahead of that. I don't know. But it was described as putting all kinds of things into big garbage bags and hauling it out.
This group was lead by Lou Brown (of "I was owed" the money" comment when caught pocketing the money from sales and not giving it to the kids' trust)
I thought Tuesday morning early was a bit early for the vultures to circle but evidently not with the Browns.
I am sure nothing was like it was the night of the murders by the time they got thru in the condo.
Actually, Tuesday was even early to go and clear out the frig, etc. Once they saw that nothing was sitting out and ruining, they had a few days leeway to do that.
They were at her condo rather than making plans for her funeral or any number of other things--such as comforting the children ---it was unseemly and crass.
I know also that the Browns were there most of Friday as that is where that PD video is taken and it is where Lou was when OJ called him from the Bronco.
Not only the Browns were there but a half dozen or more of her friends and family going through the place.
No, I'd say nothing was like it was the night of the murders by July 3rd.
I agree that Clark either saw it that day or was going by photos she had seen taken in the condo (or a video) and not what she saw on July 3.
