It was my understanding that once an arrest and conviction, then the evidence is public domain and one can purchase them. There are personal items still in custody that O.J. Simpson has said repeatedly that he has not been given back because technically, even though the case file is in the warehouse. many evidence items are being held. Isn't it odd they gave evidence to the plaintiffs and let people take pictures which will make it impossible to ever try another person for this crime because every peice of evidence is compromised at this point?
