From my understanding, Crime Scene Photo's belong in the murder book never to be taken from the custody of the court or DA. When the defense in the criminal trial during pretrial hearing asked to look at two specific murder books the one Ito Allowed them could not be taken from the courtroom. These items are supposed to be owned by the taxpayers, so someone took pictures from the murder book. Why wasn't there outrage that the photo's the Prosecution gave the Defense were so blurry and the PLaintiffs given free time for testimony, free evidence pictures, and then charged O.J. Simpson. This all by itself should have overturned the verdict of the Civil Trial.
