Before the murders, Robert Kardashian had gone through his inheritance or had been cut off somehow, now he is in the money again. He manipulated O.J. Simpson to keep him off the stand by being his attorney. He staid off the stand to protect himself, not help O.J. Simpson. He had not really been in contact with O.J. Simpson for six months and then there he is. I agree that Kardashian is weaker than O.J. Simpson in many ways but not when referring to gullibility. O.J. Simpson at that time ever came close to believing people he trusted might turn on him, but most of them did. Who would have ever thought that Christian Riechard might end up being one of a handful of his most loyal friends? With friends like Robert Kardashian who needs enemies. Surprised or not, his expression at the verdict did a lot of harm, his interview was worse and the book with Schiller was not just stabbing O.J. Simpson in the back, he stabbed the attornies he was allegedly part of for over a year. His connections to New Jersey are suspicious, even if not provable at this time.
