I didn't say that it was you who claimed O.J. was caught coming from behind O.J.'s garage. I said it was Marcia Clark. The point was, NOBODY was "caught" there.
What you said about Kato is what Marcia said about O.J. Also, I didn't say (unless I made a typo) that Allan Park didn't see Kato on his way TO the path behind the garage. I said that he did see him. The correction was for my omission of the fact that Kato acknowledged Park by waving at him and my erroneous statement in an earlier post that Park saw O.J. MINUTES after he first saw Kato. When I checked the transcripts I saw that Park actually said that he saw O.J. SECONDS after the saw Kato (Kato's back to him walking toward the garage). That means Park would have seen O.J. BEFORE he saw Kato and KATO would have seen O.J. IF O.J. had been coming from behind the garage. The fact that KATO did not see O.J. and O.J. did not see Kato. means that O.J. had to have been in the house because the testimony of Park, Kato and O.J. all agree on that CRUCIAL SEQUENCE of events.
Maybe an animation will make it clearer. I'll start working on one this weekend. --Jasper
