I think it was Jasper who mentioned the fuzzy photo of the alleged knife box, a photo that I understand is in Fuhrman's book. It is not in my copy of the book, so I have not seen it. There is however another fuzzy photo of the socks on the rug. And I,m wondering, why are those fuzzy photos in Fuhrman's book. All the other photos in all the other books are perfect professional photos.
In Evidence dismissed all photos are from LAPD and Clark's crime scene photos are mostly "case file, people versus Simpson. The picture of OJ with the soles seems to belong to Ted Soqui/Sigma, no copywright sign.
In Fuhrman's book the photos come from all over the place. Some copy righted, some not. Some LAPD, some private. What I don't understand is how some private person (AP Photo/John McCoy) can "own" a photo of the glove behind the guest room. And how and why AVR/Sygma owns the fuzzy photo of the socks on the rug. Could someone tell me who owns the fuzzy photo of the alleged knife box. (Didn't Luper testify that he examined that box then sitting on the dresser and decided it was a box for nicnacs?)
