Fung describes #10 in the property report as "Bag, plastic, blue", not a piece of something. That is Fuhrman's "building illusions."
And Fuhrman "forgets" to mention that he actually collected this plastic bag, both in his testimony and in his book. It came out on cross in Fung's testimony. Miss Marple
