I think it was the grand jury, if not the preliminary. Park said that he did not see the number, sounded more like he was not looking than blocked, and that when he saw the Ashford sign he turned right.
I would imagine that he was told that it was on he corner of Ashford and Rockingham and to make a right and he would find the gate and buzzer.
Sanatary napkins are often packed in blue plastic bags probably 3 X 3 inches to carry in your purse. Now it is possible that these bags might look like the evidence bags probably made by same company. It is a flat light blue opaque. But there is no way to seal them as a evidence bag would have. But a corner might look the same.
