I agree that what WASN"T at the scene is as important as what was. Just like it is more important in this case who is Not questioned or called to testify and what questions are not asked of those who did.

That is why I have stressed--repeatedly--that Ron's apartment keys were NOT at the scene it appears. That there appears to have been 2 sets of keys (one belonging to Andrea for her car and another set belonging to Ron with only out of date keys on it) from the scene although only ONE set was ever listed in evidence.

Also in this list of Where was it?, list the ankh necklace which unless Fred Goldman is a total liar or the cops are---he was given an ankh necklace belonging to Ron in which he was told it was "ripped from Ron's neck and thrown down by the killer". Fred holds a press conference over this necklace.

Such a necklace was Never listed --anywhere--as being on Ron's body or off of it.

Vannatter and Lang write about a wallet and a bank card found on Ron's body but according to Fred, he never got either back.

Question: Where were these keys? I have seen where it is stated they were between Ron's shoe and the glove. I have seen where they were under Ron's hip. Etc.

Has anybody actually seen them in a photo of the crime scene?

I have searched til I am blind and cannot find them near Ron's shoes in any photos.

Riske does not list them as a thing he sees in the crime scene. He mentions the hat, glove, envelop and beeper but does not mention a set of keys.

Vannatter and Lange state in their book they are in plain view.

I think it might be very important that Nic's shoes, Ron's glasses, the set of keys (the other ones), the ankh necklace and the fact that NO apartment key is found on Ron.

I don't know if you recall it or not but Kim stated she could not find Ron's belt that went with his uniform nor his shoes that he wore with his uniform at the apartment.
