I was speaking about a discussion on a different forum. It was about the alleged blood drops allegedly beside the footprints at Bundy. They don't exist as stated at all. They also have splatter problems which cannot be explained with O.J. Simpson as the murderer dropping the blood, actually anyone as the murderer dropping the blood. Then when I wrote here half what he wrote on the other forum, and the rest of my thought it was written as though I was saying John said something he didn't say. I constructed my sentence very badly as usual. :) IMHO Bottom line, they had no business going to Rockingham before taking care of the Bundy scene as there was no legitimate blood trail, which they presented to be fact in court. There were blood spots maybe when the police arrived, not like a blood trail. The Blood Spots were not next to the Shoe Imprints as they showed on the chart. Major perjury was committed in Preliminary Hearing. Had the truth been told, even though it is easy to indict a ham sandwich, there would have been no Criminal or Civil trial. The coronors testimony destroyed the theory presented by the Prosecution so I was dumbfounded when they did indict. The alleged "real" evidence had no proven chain of custody. The explanations for why some police officers and detectives did what they said they did was so outrageous that I was shocked that an educated judge excepted or believed any of it. When you cannot believe the witnesses and there is no chain of Custody there is no case. What shocked me more was the media reaction to the such obvious lies. Dr. Golden was obviously telling the truth through cross examination about the possiblity of two knives because he was shaking and scared to tell it, but he seemed more afraid during direct with Marcia Clark because he was holding things back. I believe his reaction with the gun had little or nothing to do with the defense. He got caught in the crossfire of the DA and the Truth.
