Actually, Kari, what I said about the blood trail was to say that the BLOOD DROPS AT BUNDY WERE NOT "TO THE LEFT" of the shoeprints.
You are referring to Judge Kennedy-Powell's decision at the preliminary hearing to allow admission of the Rockingham evidence on the ground that the detectives were legally justified in making an unwarranted entrance and partial search of the ground.
Their stated justification was (1)having just come from the bloody crime scene at Bundy, (2) seeing blood on the Bronco, and (3) getting no answer to their buzzing and phone calls after a Westec agent had told them there was a housekeeper on duty.
Having examined that decision, I concluded that "it passed with a 'd-', but it passed". In other words, I agree with Powell's decision.
I mention this because you mention me by name and have, in fact, presented me as saying the exact opposite of what I believed!
