Funny but these abused and neglected kids were checked out at the hospital and released after no finding of even malnutritian or lack of water was found.
They are staying with a foster family that are friends of the family.
Doesn't sound like much abuse was found. Or neglect.
This was a local land grab not a Federal one like the Scott family in Malibu back in 92 when Mr. Scott was killed in a Swat team raid at the crack of dawn.
This forum isn't the place for a long discussion of this issue but it does show the power of the local government if they want to trash somebody, grab their property, etc. The authorities have had to back off their claims that the father died of malnutrian and dehydration (coroner said, nope, he died of complications from MS), the did have power (the power company Could have told that sooner), the did have water, they did have food, they did have heat. By the way, many of these things were used as "reasons" to go in and get the children and arrest the mother in the first place.
Now the prosecutor is beginning to "look stupid" and has egg on his face.
