You probably didn't notice but I didn't say under whose watch it was. It doesn't matter. It was wrong. Sessions should have never allowed it.
People lied about it from the FBI, destroyed documents and got fired. Just like they have in many many other cases.
I don't think with the FBI it matter who is in charge. They do what they damn well please.
It Is legal to own guns still in this country so the people on the property were not breaking any laws.
They were not there over any child abuse. They were there because Weaver didn't show up in court when he was assigned to but had been given the wrong date on the document sent to him.
The FEDS admitted wrong doing and paid a settlement to both Weaver and the other guy.
The FEDS fired into a frame house (with nobody firing at them) where women and children were. That is against their OWN rules which they broke that day.
Sharpshooter for the FBI are not supposed to fire unless there is NO chance of hitting anybody else and this was not the case.
It was the FEDS they caught lying repeated about this incident and destroying documents--not the Weavers.
I do not agree with the man about his white separatist attitudes but it is NOT against the law to live on your own property away from other people out in the country or out in the hills. At least not YET in this country.
PS I saw yet another newspaper article from Idaho today telling how the raid on the children last week and the arrest of the mother was a land grab. It was an editorial. THey did have food, they did have electricity, they did have heat, and they did have water. ALL lies put out. I hear the prosecutor is in DEEP deep because he CAN"T PROVE the allegations made on the search warrant for the property. charlie
