This came up because of the Timothy McVeigh case wherein the FBI FAILED to turn over discovery evidence. Just as Marsha Clark hid stuff from the defense and ten thousand documents were failed to be turned over by the D.A.'s to the civil attorney's. Mark Furhman badmouthed the FBI (LOL) and stated if they did this to McVeigh what would/were they doing to US?!
DUH-uh. Where has he been, on Mars? Some investigator.
