Read a post on ng. by Wagner in which he claims that sometime after the grand jury prelims, De Bello, Crawford, Kato and others met to discuss the case.
Since some testimony of some of the key witnesses differed slightly thereafter, could it be that this meeting(or meetings)led to a consensus on some of the evidence?
Without Kato and Crawford, what's left?
