Jean, You are not wrong. You are right on point as a matter of fact.
It is more likely that from the corner of Bundy and Dorothy took 15 minutes including 2 talks to the cop and giving his name, address, and phone number and getting it set up the cop would call the animal shelter. The cop is writing this info down, etc.
So, if we take him at his word that he walked into the apt. (after crossing the apt complex and the courtyard and past the pool) just as the MTM Show is coming on--and we back that 15 minutes up to 10:45 or so--we have Schwab by or near the alley way at a crucial time.
Yet, we have no questions about what was seen in the neighborhood at the time.
