I don't have a lot of time right now but want to put this out this morning for discussion.
By reading the Schwab, Heidstra and Boztepe testimony from the civil trial, I discovered some info that I had ALWAYS been confused about due to the lack of the DA's using maps of the neighborhood to any degree.
I learned that Schwab IN FACT emerged from BEHIND NIc's condo at 10:55 (???) if he story is true.
No wonder that Jasper at one point had Heidstra in the alley behind Nicole's instead of the alley from across the street. Actually, he had Heidstra in the RIGHT place but Nic's condo in the wrong place.
Heidstra did in fact walk down the alley that I have always pictured as the one behind Nicole's. (the one on his block) NIc's condo actually faces toward the Mezzaluna not away from it.
In the period of time (10:45-10:55--depending on how accurate Heidstra and Schwab are), Schwab is actually walking down Dorothy Past Nic's alley and where Ron's car is allegedly parked.
When Heidstra looks back towards the intersection, he is actually facing the direction that Schwab is walking from Gretna Green Way.
Does anyway recall Schwab being asked what he may have seen and heard AT THAT TIME as he passed the alley and Ron's car?
I don't.
