There was a lot that Marcia Clark said and did which raised similar questions.
One interesting slip of the tongue occurred during her closing arguments in the criminal trial. Referring to Stuart Tanner, she said: "I think Stuart CANTOR testified..."
Given the situation with her first(?) husband, his fate and her early involvement in this case with Fuhrman, it's no wonder she went out of her way to avoid some evidence which any responsible prosecutor would have to accept as proof that the accused was innocent.
Her failure to uphold the standards of her public position and the fact that no one in the DA's took the appropriate action to stop this is the reason justice was not served and why EVERYONE should be concerned.
The public was not served.
