Kari, I so agree. And in the Simpson case the families filed for damages long before the criminal trial was over. Would that have happened in a case where the defendant was penniless. No wonder they knew who they wanted the killer to be. In all decency, they could at least have waited till the verdict was in before filing if they wanted to look sincere. Miss Marple
