Jean, I saw an interview with someone from the prosecution in the trial that convicted Dr. Shephard for the murder of his wife and he said that in his mind Dr. Shephard was still guilty BECAUSE THE JURY HAD FOUND HIM GUILTY. This after DNA testing had exonerated him after his death. I guess this notion wouldn't apply when a jury finds the defendant NOT GUILTY. Figures. Winning is everything. Miss Marple
