I agree, Jolana, that Ship is an interesting character in the case, one I have a hard time understanding. Something doesn't ring right, though and I believe the Simpson family suspected Ship to have something to do with the murders. But when he was first questioned by Clark and Vanatter on July 28 he said when asked if he thought OJ was guilty, (according to "Without a Doubt",) that "whoever did this did a heck of a job of framing him". They didn't question him again until Raging Heart was published and his "Leo" figure then testified in the trial about the "dream". Quite a coinsidence, isn't it, that both Ship and Resnic were in hiding from the prosecution for months, while contributing to "hate OJ books", hiding what they "knew" about OJ's guilt. Denise I'm not sure about, but she sure has bad taste in men. Miss Marple
