I agree with you there, but how about the red stain on the Bronco, that caused the warrantless search. Fung did a presumtive test and it tested positiv. Somehow this particular stain was "destroyed" and it could not be tested further. Ketchup will test positive in a presumtive test, I believe either cellery or onion or both give a false positive. In the Rampart scandal, it came out that detectives were known to smear ketchup around to cover up and explain warrant less searches. Miss Marple
