Kari, I know that all of LA is not GTE but if GTE had this technology, I am sure the others did as well. I said it took a long time. ANd perhaps they had to go thru other companies, however, the trial was not until over 6 months and then they had a 9 month trial.
They had plenty of time to do this. charlie
