Let me clear something up here. I said OJ called Sydney just prior to 9 when in fact the time is not known. Like other things, it got assigned a TIME based on Nicole returning home prior to 9. I don't think the time is known.
Also, every one of us has watched enough Dragnet, 911, Cops, Adam 12, and countless other cop shows for all of us to know more info than Riske showed in his testimony. (more info on what a cop should and should not do)
Prien tells me that unlike the criminal trial, in the civil trial more cops were ID'd as the source of the fingerprints than was told in the criminal trial. How very interesting. Did they know this when they testified in the criminal trial and was kept from the jury and the audience? Or did they only learn the source of the prints after the criminal trial was over? What is the purpose of that?
There are many things that Riske said (like TWO cups of melting ice cream) that got morphed into something else altogether by the time the trial came around. I noticed that V & L said ONE ice cream when they were said to have eye-balled it themselves. I have always said that happened to hide that 2 people were there (Nic and ??) prior to the murders.
Riske lied (at least by omission) by not telling that the Jeep of NIcole was moved. That didn't surface until Lange told it in an evidence hearing. He testified in court repeatedly to the "actual" location of the Jeep as it was found. When in fact the place it was photographed was the moved location.
We could go on and on but any one of us could have handled that scene better than it was.
