Charlie, I keep Evidence Dismissed together with Murder in Brentwood and Without a Doubt nearby always and open up a page to read every once in a while. It's a guaranteed fun, I always find interesting lies and inconsistencies. I just happened to open up Pg. 6 in Evidence Dismissed and there it says: "Riske and Terrazas radioed for back up". On the NEXT page it says: "Officer Riske had used the telephone in Brown's kitchen to call for additional backup. He feared that his radio would be monitored by reporters." I remember Riske in the trial was critizized for using the Brown phone and loose the last call and claimed he didn't want to use the radio for those reasons. Didn't say he ALSO used the radio. Why lie about it if it was an innoscent mistake? Miss Marple
