I agree with you Prien.
I have changed my mind about this over the years. I used to think we could figure out who did it. But I think now we can only have a theory about who did it but can't say 100% because we are getting everything 2nd and 3rd and 4th hand. What happened that night from the murders through the arrival of the police is pure speculation because we have found so many HOLES in all the stories and so much wrong with the evidence that we can't say for 100% what did or did not happen.
The best we can do is point out where the evidence is flawed, the testimony is flawed, the documentation is flawed, etc.
Perhaps what we find will be meaningful to someone closer to the story than we are and closer to the players than we are.
It was my point about Luper being involved in an investigation outside the department with Bosco. I see where he was the person in charge of the collection of evidence at the Rockingham estate--not Vannatter. He was in charge of the crime scene log or was in charge of getting it set up.
I am sure he saw and heard things that day that did not match the testimony of what happened. Or did not match the public statements of Vannatter, Lange or Furhman.
If he thought everything was on the up and up, he wouldn't be working with Bosco. I learned also that LaFall who interviewed Wasz and who accompanied OJ to Parker Center (or the secret location) was Luper's partner.
