Another small example of this is the so called fax from Rachel's Mom about the "ice cream". This was all the audience (tv) ever learned. There was a fax about the ice cream.
The info in this fax may have been informative and perhaps even fascinating--because nobody has yet to place Rachel at the ice cream store with Nic, Sidney and Justin.
If fact, nobody has placed Rachel at the Mezz restuarant either.
Since the Browns and MEzz employees were time witnesses as well as witnesses for other things, at the very least a stipulation from Rachel or her parents would have been very much in order. This is especially true if as has been reported Mr. Bergman was at NIcole's between 9:15-9:30 (Petro Man on Rivera). He would have been a time witness plus a demeanor witness (NIc) and perhaps for other things.
Just another of those oddities that was never cleared up.
You may recall that Denise nor the waitresses put Rachel at the restuarant. Or at the ice cream store.
Yet there is a fax about the "ice cream".
