The fingerprints or lack of them in this case is equally amazing.
There are no prints (wiped clean we're told) in OJ's Bronco. There are no prints in Nic's Jeep. Only on the rear of it. There are no prints in Ron's borrowed car (steering wheel wiped clean we are told). There is a knife in NIc's kitchen that we are told has been wiped clean of prints.
So we all are supposed to remain stupid and think that OJ --who was somewhat in a hurry--went into the house and wiped NIc's prints off her own knife. Then went to NIc's Jeep and wiped her prints and the prints of his kids and others off the car. Then went to Ron's borrowed car (presumably with the keys he got off Ron) and wiped Ron's prints off the steering wheel of the car he just drove. And then went back and put the keys back. Maybe that is how two sets of prints got there going up the pathway?
Is anybody believing this yet?
Then he goes home and before he gets out wipes clean his OWN prints off the inside of his Bronco.
Folks, I just as sorry as I can be but I ain't buying this. And the cops wouldn't either. Unless they did it themselves. Or they would know at least that OJ couldn't have done that nor would he have a reason to--esp Ron's car or Nic's Jeep.
I personally have questioned this for YEARS but put now with info that Ron didn't even have his own apt key with him (or so we are told) it lends much more confidence in a much more widely based setup.
Key stolen and used to get into his apartment that night and never had a chance to put it back? No matter, the cops and DA's aren't going to ID the keys anyway. Just like they didn't prove that was Ron's pager or his ring.
Who wanted the key and what did they want out of the apartment?
There was just enough on Ron to ID him--a CA ID and that was it.
Ever wonder (like me) why Clark told the jury in her opening statements (more than 6 months after the murders) that Ron was killed in his uniform when even the most casual look at the crime scene photos show that he was not wearing his uniform at the crime scene?
Ever wonder why it took three searches to find Ron's borrowed car that was on the same block? Or why Lange said he had only "heard something about a borrowed car", "didn't know whether Ron had a roommate or not" and that he "belived the ring belonged to Ron".
