For the last couple of weeks I have been following your discussions (invited by Jean, thanks, Jean) and I am impressed and so glad I found you. I spent about a year posting on alt.fan.oj-simpson, (everybody talking/cursing, nobody listening) and you guys are so refreshing after that.
I always believed that Fuhrman had something sinister to do with the investigation, that he planted the glove and more importantly that he planted the idea of O.J. as the killer. But I honestly never thought of Fuhrman as the killer. Now I have read "Iago", and it has answered so many of my own questions. Many questions remain though, I'm not totally convinced. I grew up trusting the police, but I also grew up hating nazis (I grew up in Norway, after the war).
I have been following your discussion about the phone bill. I believe it was first presented in the prelims when Clark was questioning Karen Crawford about the phone call from Juditha. The phone bill was presented (sort of suddenly) and stipulated to (very quickly) by Shapiro "to save time, BUT FOR THIS LIMITED PURPOSE ONLY". In other words, not stipulated to as the original document.
Is it possible that this kept sliding through as something that had been stipulated to, when in reality it hadn't? Miss Marple
