Jasper, What you say is true but you have to SEE one of the bills to see how this is not uniform --esp the CA out of line and the list of minutes is not even. Neither which would have happened on any of the GTE bills that I have.
I realize some stick out more than others but there is a set SPACE for them that is not broken. Ten L's are going to take up Less space in the lower case than 10 M's in the lower case but none the less the amt of space allowed for them to fit into has not changed.
