I agree night is OK as it is the weekend and is night rate.
Now we are finding out that GTE may not have even had long distence in CA until Jan 07. So that has to be a Cell phone bill, it right.
We have also found at least 4 people who orginally put a time that would put the murders after 11 oclock when they first talked to police. Then changed and moved them back 30 minutes to an hour for the trial.
Something definately was going on at the time you have the murder. It could have been just the murder of Ron and the gate was closed till Nicoles murder after 11:00. Just give it a little possibility.
