I did have time to review that record on Wagner's site. I have to agree with him that it does appear to be authentic. Page one would have had the information Charlie is looking for, but subsequent pages would basically appear the way it does.
The question I have is if there were more than one line into the house, this record means nothing. It does prove the call to Mezzaluna with the wrong amount of time to have someone check the gutter, return and chat about the glasses. It certainly would take more than 2 minutes.
Then let's be realistic. Even though the 2 minute call to Nicole was made at 9:40 will not show when Nicole called her back or how long they chatted AFTER the initial call from Brown to Nicole. It is necessary to compare Nicole's phone records to her mothers. If Nicole made the call(s) then they would not show on mothers record. Who has Nicoles records?
We got home safe, I lost my glasses, I called Mezzaluna, will you pick them up for me? We will be there about noon tomorrow. (well, see? that could have been done in 2 minutes.
Then the call made to Mezz by Nicole, the talking to Ron, the arrangement made. The call back to mother. (see? There's some information missing).
