Jean,
I should have read this post before I answered the other one.
In my other post I mentioned the 9:37 call but I had to add in parentheses that it might have been 9:39 because I was working from memory.
Anyhow, the 9:37 time is the one Juditha made to Mezzaluna. Marcia said in court that Juditha then called Nicole who, in turn, called Mezzalua at 10:40. She offered no evidence Juditha's call to Nicole, she simply gave that as the reason that Nicole called Mezzalua. The 9:47 call that Shapero stiulated to was therefore consistent with the testimony of Karen Crawford who received the call. There was no reason to dispute that the call was made at that time or that Juditha Brown made it. The only thing in dispute and the only reason Dr. Johnson disputed it was because he saw that it was impossible for that call to have been made from the Brown's home. I said that it could prove I was right about Denise using a cell phone. He said that it could only mean the 10:47 call wasn't made at all.
The 10:17 call that Shapero stipulated to was the one Juditha made to Nicole. He stipulated to an entirely different number because it WAS an entirely different number. This number proved that Marcia Clark's timeline was wrong (she said the O.J. killed Nicole between 10:15 and 10:20). But this wasn't good enough for Dr. Johnson who wanted to prove that the defense timeling adopted by the plaintiffs is also wrong and my analyisis of the timeline in Iago was also wrong. He wanted to prove that Juditha last talked to Nicole at 11:00. His postion now seems to be that ANY record that doesn't show that phon call has to be faked. --Jasper
