People's Exhibit # 35 intorducd during the Plaintiff's criminal trial and Exhibit #26 introduced during the civil tril both entitiled "Juditha Brown"s Phone Record-June 12, 1994" show that Juitha called the Brentwood rstaurant, Mezzaluna from her ome in Dana Point at 9:37 pm. Although Peopl's Echibit #35 was stipulated to by Robert Shapiro in the criminal trial and Exhibit #26 was tipulated to by Smson"s attorney Dan Leonard in the civil trial, the subpoenaed copy of the official phone statement was ever entered into evidence, nor did it ever receive an exhibit number.
